Limit your Workouts
You should always try and limit your workouts to 30 or even 40 minutes. If you want to go longer than this then there is a high chance that you will have to reduce the intensity of your workout and this might not be doing you any favours. A lot of people don’t pay enough attention to their diet when working out.
